Every night I write in my diary. I write a page a night, and it's always 3 paragraphs. The first paragraph is a detailed account of what I did that day. The second paragraph is a couple sentences about something that made me laugh that day. For example, "I laughed when Michael and I watched a few episodes of Friends together. It's so funny, and watching it with him makes me so happy." The third paragraph in my diary is my mood, my feelings about the day, and how I'm feeling about the next day-- usually something like, "I'm really tired, but excited about face painting tomorrow!"
I'm thinking about blogging about that second paragraph. I'd like to share my laughs. I've been keeping the diary (a series of books, technically, but the same basic idea) for several years, so I've got a backlog of funny things. I'd love to be able to share a laugh a day. I could share YouTube links to videos that made me laugh, and describe other funny things that happened. I'm not really sure.
Here's something that made me laugh yesterday: Ellen DeGeneres had two sitcom TV shows in the 90s and early 2000s. I've been watching them on YouTube while I've had a cold. They're highly amusing. Ellen is super amazing. Her standup comedy is amazing too- I recommend Here & Now. It's all on YouTube, just search for it.
Have a fun weekend-- Spring Break for me!!!! But I'm stuck on the futon with a cold. Blah.
